At Stellar Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a generous returns policy to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a new and unused condition. Any items that have been used, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
Once we have received the returned items and verified that they meet the above conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
We will cover the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
