Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

• All domestic orders will be shipped via a reputable courier service, and will typically be delivered within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.
• Shipping is free on all domestic orders over ZAR 500.
• For urgent deliveries, we offer an overnight delivery option at an additional cost.
• If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and shipped out Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your package. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order on the courier’s website.
