
This flavourful recipe will have you reaching for tofu time and again in your cooking. Use the tofu in sandwiches, sprinkled on nourish bowls, in pasta, or even eaten by the handful as a savoury snack!
Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm or super-firm tofu
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- smoked paprika
- cumin powder
- coriander
Method
- Roughly grate the tofu onto a pre-greased baking tray.
- Add seasonings and salt to taste, and combine well with your hands.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Shake halfway through to avoid burning.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
